This is a beautiful antique oak captain's chair that is in like new condition in spite of its age. It has been re-glued and restored and the cane seat is in excellent condition. I think it has been re-caned recently. This chair has a unique carved back on it that looks like a harp. The chair seat is 21"wide x 18"high. The arms are 24"wide x 27"high. The back is 42" high. This would make a very nice occasional chair or an extra dining chair. I have listed 5 matching side chairs and a captain's chair that doesn't match that this chair could be used with if you needed another chair.
