FOR SALE: Very Fine+++++ to Excellent, like new condition Omcan Commercial/Restaurant hard cheese grater for heavy duty commercial restaurant use.(see all photos). This is a serious piece of restaurant/plant production machinery. The motor is a 208 volt, 3 phase, 60 hz (see the manufacturer's label). We bought this machine and used this once to see if it would grate soft cheeses like pepper jack for outr restaurant, but it is meant for grating hard block cheeses such as Parmesan or Romano, maybe hard sharp cheddar blocks(?), etc, and also for shredding dried hard breads, like for stuffing or bread crumb kitchen applications, I believe. And it comes with 6 foot long, 4 prong, 208V locking power cord and all attachments (hardware) pictured... Just about perfect, there are some very minor blemishes due to being stored, but for the price it's probably the best like new, used once, restaurant commercial cheese grater you are going to find here on Craigslist, or anywhere else for that matter.... Everything you see in the photos (attached to the machine itself) is INCLUDED...!! Unit's weight is about 139 pounds. ...!!! Shipping weight add 30 lb for pallet pack.
