I was a member of MASSAGE ENVY for nearly three years and left very unhappy.
The so called membership coordinator was out sick for days and no one else is allowed to touch anything to do with memberships.
When she finally called me five days later, she advised me that I had to give a 30 day notice and would have to pay for another massage whether I wanted it or not.
One of the employees had been so nice and frozen my account to prevent an electronic draft while the membership coordinator was out of the office. The membership coordinator was very irate that someone had actually dared to help me.
She was very rude and condescending on the phone. So buyer beware, be prepared to be treated like crap.
