West Community Center... Another Casualty of the Vote????

West Community Center offers a variety of community services for people of all ages in our community! Thanks to the recent vote the center may be forced to close, it will DEFINITELY be forced to cut back on SEVERAL of its services. Where will these people go? Where will the teens go who go to the Center for Teen Night go? Will they head to the streets and become dysfunctional members of our society?? These services have already been cut from last year, now they must be cut again. WHY? Community Centers and such will be the first to be cut across th board. You KNOW the "big guys" on top aren't going to take a pay cut! Instead the children, elderly and poor of our community will suffer FIRST!

Good job to the voters! It was up to US to prevent this from happening and we didn't. We are to take care of the young, elderly and the poor among us; not throw them to the wolves when money gets tight!
