<description><![CDATA[My wife and I have a total of five commercial properties we would sell or consider trading for properties in Colorado, preferably around the Canon City area, but will consider other areas. We will consider acreage, homes, duplexes, apartment buildings, or other commercial properties. Our properties are on or near s.h.199 centrally located within the commercial corridor between the rapidly growing cities of Azle and Springtown, which are about 8 miles apart. Four of our properties are at crossovers on the highway, one of the four is at a signal light, and one is just off the highway where Midway road access's 199 at the signal light. Our properties are 14 to 15 miles from loop 820 where it crosses over s.h.199 at Lake Worth, which has seen phenominal growth in the last several years. The state is presently in the process of changing the highway, from two lanes each way with service roads from Lake Worth to Azle, to three lanes each way with service roads. It is our understanding that their plans are to continue three lanes each way on to Springtown within 3 to 5 years to handle the huge growth in traffic to Springtown and beyond. We realize that these properties will only increase in value when this happens, but several of our properties are income producing and we prefer to relocate to Colorado and not have to deal with living in one state and caring for property in another.]]></description>
