2300 sq. ft., 2 story home. Very clean and nice. Renting out the finished basement which has windows at garden level, large living room and separate bedroom. Entire home is newly painted and carpeted. We will be sharing the kitchen and laundry room. Laundry room is in basement. Your private full bath is on upper level. Your private half bath is just above the stairs on the same level as the kitchen. I am not at home most Friday nights, Saturday's and Sunday's. Work during the day full time. Back on Monday morning.
