The apartment is in the Spring Canyon Apartments located on the corner of 30th and Garden of the Gods. It's about 1,200 sq ft. 2 Beds and 2 Full Baths, and a wet bar on the first floor. Master Suite with full bathroom. Great for small family Has a private balcony patio which has a storage closet. Includes the washer and dryer & one car-port parking space. Additional garage available on request.

The club house has internet, a workout room, a dry sauna, a hot tub, awesome free lemon poppy muffins(other flavors, too, of course), free coffee, and a swimming pool in the summer. There is also a playground, basketball hoops, picknick areas, etc available on the property for anyone to use. I'm sure I have missed some stuff, but this is just off the top of my head.

Rent is $968 a month plus utilities. Pets are permitted at an additional cost. The lease runs until September 30th, 2010.

We've loved raising our daughter here but unfortunately we have to move back east.
