Its a 4 bed 3 bath house (~3000k finished sq ft). Brand new, really nice. Its near constitution and markshuffle here in colorado springs. If you work at Schreiver AFB, its pretty much as close as you can be (14 minutes away door to door). My house is located in a brand new neighborhood. I have a cat and I will be getting a dog. I have all three rooms available currently, not including mine upstairs. All rooms are unfurnished and have large closets and ceiling lights.

The room upstairs is $625 a month which includes everything. It is on the main level, and has a bathroom that would be yours to share with any visitors who want to use the bathroom - it'll pretty much be your own private bathroom.

The two rooms downstairs are for 575 and 550 (one is bigger).

The house features a brand new wetbar and huge entertainment area downstairs with a pooltable. Working fireplace in the living room on the main level. There's a deck on the main level that faces the mountains/pikes peak adjacent to the kitchen, and a patio below which is where there is the walkout area of the fully finished basement is. Huge kitchen upstairs - great for people who like to cook :) and either upstairs or downstairs are great areas to grill. I am willing to meet you, and take you to the house. Its a little pricey, yes I'm aware, but it's also brand new.

If you would like to have a room, I will need 1 month's rent upfront deposited in my account, and you to sign a month to month lease contract. There will also be a mandatory $300 dollar security deposit. If you have a pet, there will be a $200 dollar deposit incase carpets will need to be cleaned or if the pet does any other damage. All security deposits will be returned upon successful leave of the house in a clean and un-broken order. This is to protect myself and my house, as well as you. Its brand new and really nice so I'm really not going to tolerate any disrespectful behavior. I have a steady job and will be a fair landlord and make sure utilities and everything is taken care of. I am a student in the college of business at UCCS. I am a really easy guy to get along with. I am involved with my church, school and work so I am out of the house a lot of the time. I am not compulsive about the place looking like a model home but I do keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean at the very least. I am a non-smoker and will not allow smoking inside the home so another non-smoker is preferred. I'm in the process of remodeling my kitchen also.

There is a two car garage so you're welcomed to use one of the spaces. The place backs up to a park in a cul-de-sac and has a gorgeous view of the mountains from the backyard with an upper deck patio which you're also welcome to use.

I am seeking out a room mate, preferably college-aged, to occupy an open room in the house that I'm renting out. The house is a totally furnished, two story, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom victorian in Downtown Colorado Springs with a basement for storage and a spare room for whatever, really. The spare room has a bed, so it's good for when family/friends come to visit, etc. The bedrooms are hard wood floor and the living/dining room is carpeted. There is a nice front porch overlooking Middle Shooks Run park, as well as a fenced in yard. I request no more large pets, as I already have a dog and a cat. I love animals, but those two are a handful. Smaller stuff like rats and mice and chinchillas and marmots and puffins and T-Rex jive with me.

The house has reasonable utility rates. I work in the field of conservation, so the house couldn't possibly be more 'green' at the moment. Curbside recycling, CFLs, the whole shebang. The rent is a total of $625, so your half would be $312 plus utilities. The house is located a few blocks from Colorado College and maybe a mile from PPCC's downtown campus.

Anyway, my name is Tom. Like I mentioned before, I work for an environmental conservation nonprofit, I'm gay so be cool with that, and I'm generally clean. I usually make an effort to make everything look nice a couple times a week, though I'm hardly anal about anything except for mopping. Not sure what it is about floors. I really dig clean floors. This three bedroom one level condo is located in a well maintained gated community called Strawberry Fields. The Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is close to shops (Grocery store, Starbucks, Subway, etc...), Tinsel town (a movie theater) and the World Arena.

The condo is less than 10 years old with vaulted ceilings and a balcony. It also has A/C, a gas fireplace, a nerwer side-by-side refrigerator, dish washer and full-sized washer & dryer. The gated community offers beautiful scenery and a park just outside the back gate. Also, tennis courts, pool, hot tub, and workout room.
