This house is located near Cheyenne meadows & HWY 115. them room measures 12 1/2 by 12 1/2, It is also furnished with a single bed and a night stand. It is a patio home in a subdivision and also has a great private park. Shared Bathroom and Kitchen. 2 Car garage, washer/dryer. Utilities included, w/cable. I am an easy going 45 yr old male, like watching the NFL, and play lots of golf. I do smoke and have a cat, will want damage deposit and go month to month for 1st 3 months to see if we get along.
