Responsible for operating the property within the financial guidelines, daily physical inspection of the property and direct supervision of all personnel and bookkeeping functions, interviewing and hiring of all property employees, resolving employee and resident complaints, implementing and maintaining a resident retention program, generating various reports and ensuring that all resident requests or complaints are responded to in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.

Candidates must have previous experience as a Property Manager.
