We clean out foreclosed properties and are expanding. I am looking for a few different people to be on call. This is a 1099 position. Must have your own truck. Trailer would be helpful and recomended. Insured contractors perfered. We are contractors as well and provide no type of insurance.

Job Details:
Get all debris in property. This includes attic, crawl spaces, house, yard, and garage rafters. You load and dispose of it. You can trash it, sell it, or keep it. Some of these properties are trashed and dirty. Can't be affraid of dirt. May need a helper to move larger items.

I have a 2 day window on each property. Must have a flexible schedule and be on time. This is an as needed job. May have a couple per week my have none. It varies. It can include weekends. I need a few people ASAP. Potentially even this weekend.

Pay:
$14 per cubic yard. This is a non-negotiable rate. I can only pay as much as I get paid. I know some dumps are expenseive. You have to be crafty on how to dispose of the debris and I will let you know of a dump that we go to that is very decently priced. I will pay the first month on a bi-weekly check to get you going, then it will be a net 30 days. It takes 30-45 days for us to get paid from the property management company as well. If I can get paid quicker on a property you complete I will pay sooner.

Requirements:

� SQF 2000 Certification preferred.

� Slicing Equipment Machines by Formax or similar
� Slicing Equipment such as �Cashin� or �Powermax 4000� by Formax
� 4 plus years experience with a consumer packaged goods food plant.

� Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
