I am in need of some help. Three days before Thanksgiving, my husband walked out on my daughter and myself, leaving me to pay rent on our home. The landlords have been really cool in working with me, but the lease is up in January, and I simply can't afford the rent here on my own. My issue is finding a place to rent that a) has a fenced patio/ yard for my dogs and b) will even allow them. They are VERY friendly dogs, but they're BIG (2 Labs and a Springer Spaniel). The only reason I want the fenced yard is because that way, when I am at work, my brood won't have to be kenneled all day (which I think is cruel). He also stated that was supposed to have two children, but they were aborted! He said he believes in sucking the life out of the child instead of having to pay for the rest of his life. He believes paying once for abortion is better than paying for the child the rest of his life. He used us and owes us a good amount of money. We also bought him a plane ticket to California and he has not paid back. He always degrades women and loves under age girls. Be careful who you rent to, it was not a great experience. He has no regard for anybody's opinions and beliefs! He will live with you for a while and then up and leave without pay. He was living in his car because he caught his girlfriend cheating on him. Cats seem to like me for some reason; dogs, not so much. So a house with dogs would probably not work. Besides, cats rule, dogs drool!

As I mentioned, I am a computer technician. I have mechanical abilities. I have also been mostly domesticated. I would surely entertain doing housework (dishes, garbage, vacuuming, cleaning) in exchange for some consideration on the rent or utils. I don't have a car at the moment, so parking is not an issue right away. I plan to get one when I get there.

My wife and I have a total of five commercial properties we would sell or consider trading for properties in Colorado, preferably around the Canon City area, but will consider other areas. Our properties are on or near s.h.199 centrally located within the commercial corridor between the rapidly growing cities of Azle and Springtown, which are about 8 miles apart. Four of our properties are at crossovers on the highway, one of the four is at a signal light, and one is just off the highway where Midway road access's 199 at the signal light. Our properties are 14 to 15 miles from loop 820 where it crosses over s.h.199 at Lake Worth, which has seen phenominal growth in the last several years. The state is presently in the process of changing the highway, from two lanes each way with service roads from Lake Worth to Azle, to three lanes each way with service roads. It is our understanding that their plans are to continue three lanes each way on to Springtown within 3 to 5 years to handle the huge growth in traffic to Springtown and beyond. We realize that these properties will only increase in value when this happens, but several of our properties are income producing and we prefer to relocate to Colorado and not have to deal with living in one state and caring for property in another.

my boyfriend is being deployed the beginning of march, and our lease is up at the end of this month. we are looking for one bedroom in either an apartment, town house, or house for the 2 of us and our kitten (who is really good. she doesnt scratch anything, doesnt smell, or make noise, and loves cuddling.)
there needs to be room for our furniture though. i am renting nice furniture and the lease is up at the end of february. i have a queen bedroom set, a sofa and loveseat, coffee table, 2 end tables w/ lamps, tv stand and large flatscreen plasma tv, and kitchen table w/ 4 chairs.

i know most people would rather find someone that is looking for something more long term, but all we need is 2 months. we are neat, respectful, quiet, and are reliable. rent can even be paid up front for the 2 months if you would like.

Hi, I am a 24 year old female. I am recently getting divorced and looking for a place to live. I am VERY mature and VERY clean. I also am a homebody, quiet, and very easy to get along with. I keep to myself mostly...and never have drama.
Need to find a place with a roommate. Maybe share a house or 2 bedroom apartment or something...preferable anther female please. But willing to negotiate. Beggars cant be choosers.
Problem is I have three small dogs and a cat. They are like my kids and mean the world to me so I'd really like to keep them with me. I keep them CLEAN and everthing they need CLEAN! Litterbox, poop scoop yard, etc. The dogs go in crates when I'm not home or sleeping. The cat only has three legs so he doesnt jump up on much.
But, If I must, I can find them homes, or all but two.
I am a certified Veterinary Assistant and about to go back to school, starting in January, for EMT training.
