This position receives and places telephone calls. Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Performs data entry and uses software programs. Will require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.  Additional duties may include proactive communication with customers and client via e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; drafting status reports on customer service issues, and conducting and maintaining inventory. <br>
Essential Functions<br>
	Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. <br>
	Configuration of client's wireless equipment to connect to the Internet and email.<br>
	Configure software for wireless devices connecting to Internet application servers. <br>
	Provide training to clients in the use of wireless communication system and applications as related to Internet, messaging, and E-mail.<br>
	Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services. <br>
	Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer information systems. <br>
	Build/Contribute to Customer Service Support processes and procedures.<br>
	Travel to customer premise sites for provisioning or troubleshooting production systems or equipment.<br>
	Perform customer surveys.<br>
	Perform light lifting 25lbs. <br>
	Work, order, and communicate with preferred vendors.<br>
	Work an on-call schedule 24x7 and 365.<br>
	Manage and record customer inventory.<br>
	Open/Close customer trouble tickets.<br>
	Provide status reports. <br>
	Other duties may be assigned as required.<br>

Requirements<br>
	Four year degree from accredited college, University or technical School; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>
	Must have working knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software, Wireless device software/hardware, and Word Processing software.<br>
	Current Secret Government Security clearance or above.<br>

Serve as Precision Measuring Equipment Lab (PMEL) monitor for Vehicle Maintenance to include tracking status, proper tagging, and pick up and delivery to PMEL according to calibration schedule (8%). QUALIFICATIONS<br>

Four years experience in military supply procedures preferably Air Force Standard Base Supply System (SBSS).  Basic computer and data entry experience.  Must understand customers needs.  Must be able to work within framework of established supply regulations, policies, procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. High school education or equivalent.  Must possess a current Colorado Drivers License.  Individual selected must be capable of operating Material Handling Equipment to include electric/gas operated forklifts up to 6K.  Applicant selected will be subject to a Government position of trust National Agency Check and must meet eligibility requirements for access to unclassified local area networks.  Must be able to lift 75 lbs., bend, stoop, and walk with repetitive use of arms, legs, and fingers.<br>

Maintain all telephone and network vendor, contractor and government documentation.  <br>

Required Skills<br>

B.A./B.S. Degree plus 1 years experience; or High School Diploma, formal training plus 5 years experience in a telephone installation environment or Professional Certification/Unique Experience as designated appropriate:  <br>
 One or more telephone, copper, or fiber installation certifications highly desirable. Technical certifications may be used to offset education and/or experience.  <br>
 Knowledge of EIA/TIA 568B standards.  <br>
 Current or recently held DoD SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain the clearance is required.<br>
 Must be able to work alternative shifts to include weekends.  <br>
 Must have vehicle, valid drivers license and proof of current registration and vehicle insurance.<br>
 Must be able to climb ladders.  <br>
 Must be able to lift 40lbs.<br>
