1 webcam (Panasonic BL-C10A) does come with the system, a pan & tilt model (http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-Remote-Monitoring-Webcam-BL-C10A/dp/B0002GS4Z0). The system is compatible with Quick Books. As far as PLU's go, we did not use the system in that capacity and do not know if it is compatible. We used it as a point of sale system (Maitre'D) for deli sandwiches, salads, beverages, etc., not for scanning bar codes or PLUs for produce. It is our understanding that the system is compatible with Aloha POS systems, although we never used it with that system.
